We are happy to announce the arrival of our new Doctor, we have listened to our patients views and have recruited a very pleasant Female Doctor to compliment the team. Her name is Dr. Hadia Nawaz, if any of our patients wish to see her please ask for her when you telephone the surgery for an appointment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Due to the number of patients failing to attend for their appointment this may mean that you may not be able to see the Doctor or Nurse on the day that you wish to.
In an attempt to try and resolve this appointment wastage the Practice has developed the following policy.
If you fail to attend appointments without informing us we will write to you asking if there are any specific problems preventing you from letting us know.
If you repeatedly fail to attend for appointments without informing us you may be removed from the Practice list and have to find an alternative GP Practice.

You can book appointments more than 2 days in advance.
You can book an appointment within 2 days if you have no preference as to which Doctor you see. PLEASE ASK AT RECEPTION.
You can be seen by a Doctor on the day if it is an emergency.
